During summer school following topics will be covered:
Network technologies. Cisco Networking Technologies (on the base of CISCO academy at Vladimir State University). Participants will have practical experience of working with modern CISCO equipment and after passing tests will be able to get official CISCO certificates (Certificate of Course Completion). During classes participants will have meeting with specialist and discuss features of network infrastructure of big companies, using VLSU as an example.
Web technologies. Seminars will be devoted to discussing of actual problems in the field of internet applications development, experience exchange, popularization of modern web-technologies. It is planned to invite external specialists from the enterprises of Vladimir, with whom faculty has contacts.
Programming technologies. Round table on programming issues and software development problems. Couple of classes on this topic will be devoted to developing an application on Java for SunSPOT platform. Participants will be involved into command game together with Russian students.
Security technologies. Several classes, conducted by specialists in computer security field will give the idea about basic tendencies in sphere of information and computer security. Participants of summer school will have opportunity to communicate with members of command “Honeypot” from department of “Informatics and protection of Information”, which regularly takes part in different-level competitions on information security. Part of time will be devoted to analyses of competitive tasks.
Students of summer school will also have course of Russian language. During this course participants will learn the fundamentals of Russian language with professional teachers.
Cultural program:
The integrated cultural program includes excursions to Moscow, Suzdal, Bogolyubovo and other cities of Vladimir region, different joint activities with Russian students. The participants will have an opportunity to get close to Russian culture, to visit Russian villages and to get acquainted with Russian cuisine – in the middle of the program a special Russian evening is organized. A 2 days trip to the student’s leisure camp of the university is arranged, where participants will take part in sport competitions with Russian students and swim in the lake.
During the summer school the participants live in a student dormitory near the university and learn the fundamentals of Russian language with professional teachers. Meals are available three times a day. All transport costs according to school program, meals, material for seminars are included into the participation fee.

ein Stipendium bewerben. Das Stipendium setzt sich zusammen aus Lebenshaltungskosten, Reisekostenzuschuss und Kursgebühren.
