From airport to Moscow
There is a regular aeroexpress train from airports Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo to Moscow. Time-table and price you can find at http://aeroexpress.ru.
From Moscow by train
The most convenient way to go by train is an express-trains LASTOCHKA or STRIZGH “Moscow-Vladimir-Nighniy Novgorod”.
Departure is from Kurskiy railway station everyday. Transit time - 2 hours.
Approximate price is 500-1500 rubles (it depends on a class). On Friday train it is better to buy ticket beforehand.
Except this train there are also other trains to Vladimir (Gorky direction). Time-table and prices you can find out on official websites www.rzd.ru и www.tutu.ru.
From Moscow by bus
Private buses goes everyday from Kurskiy railway station ( from the metro station “Chkalovskaya”). On weekends there are usually too many people. You can’t buy tickets beforehand.
State intercity buses to Vladimir departs from Shyolkovskiy bus station (metro station “Shyolkovskaya”. If possible please buy tickets beforehand.

From railway/bus station to university (in Vladimir)
From the station (bus station and railway station are close to each other) you can go by mini-bus №2 or by trolleybus №10 till bus stop “Vladimir State University” (Vladimirskiy gosudarstvenniy universitet).
