In order to recieve a visa, please, apply to the Russian Embassy in your country.

In accordance with the Russian Migration Legislation exchange students can be issued a single entry visa with validity no longer than 90 days.

Upon arrival of exchange students at hosting university  the International Cooperation Department of the university will renew the visa for the period not exceeding one callendar year. It will be multiple entry visa.
